I say the art its somewhat well done. For a game on psp, I believe they had put in so much detail that it is almost scary how much work they put into it.
The main reason why is a 8 for me is mainly because the great cut scenes they have but it can feel a bit lacking in those animated cut scene if you are looking forward to them. If they can somehow smoothing all the edges and adding just a few more animated cutscene, then it might have been a 10 for me, star ocean second psp iso download. The BGM, sound effects, and vocals are all amazing. There is over 80 different sound tracks and then the sound effects gave it another plus for making it even more entertaining.
